Made with three purchased ingredients, these showy spirals are so easy that you might actually be embarrassed if anyone asks for the recipe. They're equally good as a party appetizer, or as a bread accompaniment for a meal.

7 Ounce(oz)  roasted red bell peppers, chopped
1/3 Cup(c)  pesto sauce
8 Ounce(oz)  refrigerated crescent dinner rolls


Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Spread rectangles with pesto to within 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle with roasted peppers. Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle. Pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Place, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 13 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
