1 Cup(c)  ham, diced
16 Ounce(oz)  split peas
1 Cup(c)  onion, diced
1 Cup(c)  celery, diced
1 Cup(c)  carrots, diced
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  thyme
1   beef boullion cubes
4 Cup(c)  water
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  pepper
1   bay leaf


In a crockpot, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low heat.
