1 Cup(c)  plain yogurt
1/3 Slice(sli)  olive
2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh basil, chopped
1   egg
2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
1/2 Tablespoon(T)  baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt


Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 by 1 1/4 inches, or line with paper baking cups. Beat yogurt, oil, basil and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (cups will be about 3/ 4 full). Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
