Fresh fruit, orange juice and fat free yogurt are combined to make a great and healthy drink to start your morning.

1   banana
1 Cup(c)  fat free plain yogurt
1 1/2 Cup(c)  unsweetened orange juice, chilled
1 1/4 Cup(c)  strawberries, hulled
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  vanilla extract
1 Package(pk)  artificial sweetener
3   fresh mint sprigs

Preparation

Blend all of the ingredietns except the mint in a blender. Pour into three 5 ounce glasses. Garnish with fresh mint.
