Garlic And Mustard Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Recipe Description
Even if you don't care for Brussels sprouts, give these a try. The marinade is so flavorful you will totally forget you are eating this high protein, high fiber, calcium rich mini cabbage!

1/4 Cup(c)  extra virgin olive oil
1/4 Cup(c)  agave nectar
2 Tablespoon(T)  stone ground mustard
2 Tablespoon(T)  garlic, minced
1 Pound(lb)  brussels sprouts

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Have ready a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment or aluminum foil. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, agave, mustard and garlic. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Spread evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until fork tender.
