Recipe Description
This is the best cream cheese icing that I have ever had. Delicious, rich and easy to make. It's versatile enought to use on carrot cake, apple cake and red velvet cake.

Ingredients

Serves To:USMetric
1 Tablespoon(T)  milk
16 Ounce(oz)  powdered sugar
8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese
4 Ounce(oz)  butter

Preparation

In medium bowl combine buter and cream cheese together until throughly combined. Add milk and slowly combine sugar to mixture. Beat mixture for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. To frost cake you may want to add more milk to thin the consistency. If using icing for piping borders, use as is.

Additional notes

Note: Do not use light cream cheese, or butter substitute. If margarine is used, icing will be softer.
