Ingredients

2 Pound(lb)  lamb, ground
1/2   medium onion, minced
4 Clove(clv)  garlic, crushed
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  oregano, dried
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 1/2 Cup(c)  pizza sauce
10 Ounce(oz)  frozen spinach, thawed, well drained and chopped
1/3 Cup(c)  black olives, sliced
1 1/2 Cup(c)  tomatoes, drained and diced
2 Cup(c)  monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 Cup(c)  feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Plunk the first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and using clean hands, moosh everything together really well. Pat out into an even layer in a 9 by 13 inch pan, and bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. Pour off the grease. Spread the pizza sauce over the meat layer. Spread the spinach evenly over the sauce, top that with the olives and tomatoes. Spread the two cheeses over that. Turn your broiler to low, and broil about 4 inches from the heat for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
