Ingredients

1   grated romaine lettuce, shredded
1 Cup(c)  salsa
1 Teaspoon(t)  lime zest
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  freshly ground black pepperdste
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cayenne pepper
1 3/4 Pound(lb)  orange roughy fillets
15   corn tortillas
1   white onion, diced
1/2   bunch cilantro, mincedepperdste
1   haas avocado, cut into chunkste
1 Cup(c)  grated cheese
2 Teaspoon(t)  ground coriander
2 Tablespoon(T)  orange zest
1 Tablespoon(T)  mandarin napoleon
2 Tablespoon(T)  avocado oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  minced shall ots
3 Tablespoon(T)  freshly squeezed lime juicedste
3 Tablespoon(T)  white tequila
1/2 Cup(c)  basil leaves, finely choppedste

Preparation

Whisk together all marinade ingredients.

Rinse the fish under very cold water and dry with paper towel.

Marinate the fish for 30 minutes, turning often.

Grill the fish until done at center, drizzling with marinade as the fish is turned.

Remove fish from grill and cut into bite-size pieces.

Warm the tortillas on a comal or skillet, place a few pieces of fish in each tortilla, and let your guests add whatever they like.
