1 Cup(c)  avocado pulp (1 small to medium avocado)
2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoon(T)  chopped scallions (white and green parts
1 Tablespoon(T)  sour cream
2 Clove(clv)  garlic, mincedv
1   tomato diced
1   jalapeno seeded and diced

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky

Combine in diced tomatos, onions , and pepper.
