1   egg white
1 Tablespoon(T)  water
1   french baguette loaf
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh rosemary, chopped
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh basil, chopped
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh thyme, chopped


Stir together 1 egg white and 1 Tablespoon of water. Brush egg white mixture on top of bread. Press fresh herbs onto dampened bread. Secure the herbs by gently brushing additional egg mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes, or until bread surface is dry.

Additional notes

• The best fresh herb choices include dill weed, flat-leaf parsley sprigs, chives, and thyme leaves.
