14 Ounce(oz)  fresh edamame
2 Ounce(oz)  feta cheese
6 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil
3 Tablespoon(T)  plain yogurt
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the edamame until they are tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.  Drain them in a flat bottomed colander, and fan them to speed cooling.  Shell the beans, and discard the shells.  In a food processor or blender, blend the beans and all the rest of the ingredients into a creamy paste.  Serve the dip with rice crackers or with vegetable sticks.
