Recipe Description
This is my take on Joe's Crab Shack famous Crab Dip.  It may not be exact, but it is pretty darn close.  This appetizer makes a great light lunch, when served with a crisp salad.

2 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon(T)  mayonnaise
1/4 Cup(c)  sour cream
1 Tablespoon(T)  butter, softened
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  seasoned salt
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
4 Teaspoon(t)  yellow onion, diced
1 Tablespoon(T)  parsley, for garnish
4 Teaspoon(t)  green bell pepper, finely diced
1/4 Cup(c)  mozzarella cheese, shredded
1   green onion, finely diced, for garnish
6 Ounce(oz)  crab meat, drained


Preheat the oven to 350°F.  With food processor, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream, until smooth.  Blend in the seasoned salt and paprika.  Stir in the yellow onions, crab meat, green bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese.  Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased, small shallow baking dish and bake until the dip bubbles, about 10 to 14 minutes.  Garnish with green onion and parsley, and serve with unsalted or very lightly salted corn chips.
