Recipe Description
This icing is easy to make can be used on any cake that would use a cream cheese frosting. The lemon really adds a nice flavor. Pair it with apple cake for a tasy treat.

Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
2 Tablespoon(T)  lemon juice
1 1/4 Cup(c)  powdered sugar
1/3 Cup(c)  butter
3 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese


Beat together butter and cream cheese. Slowly incorporate powdered sugar into mixture, add vanilla and lemon juice. Add more lemon juice to taste if you like a more lemony flavor. If icing is too thick thin with milk little at a time.
