2 Tablespoon(T)  coconut milk
2 Tablespoon(T)  culinary dried lavender
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  fine sea salt
2 Teaspoon(t)  cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1 1/2 Cup(c)  all purpose flour
1 Teaspoon(t)  pure vanilla extract
2 Teaspoon(t)  pure lemon extract
3/4 Cup(c)  raw sugar
1/2 Cup(c)  non dairy butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C, or gas mark 4), Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats, such as Silpat. In a large-size bowl and using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar, Stir in the extracts, In a medium-size bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in the lavender. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Add the milk, as needed: the dough must be neither too dry nor too wet, Divide the dough into 20 equal portions, using about 1 heaping tablespoon (24 g) of dough, Place on the prepared baking sheets. Flatten a little, because the cookies don't spread a lot while baking, Bake for 14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown, If you want chewier cookies, aim for 12 minutes instead, Wait 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely,
