Lemon Pepper Seared Salmon

Recipe Description
Salt free seasonings make it easy to add a lot of flavor without adding sodium for those that are watching their intake. Crispy and flavorful this makes a healthy piece of fish that when combined with a vegetable and rice makes a perfect healthy meal.

2 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  salt free lemon pepper seasoning
2   skinless salmon filets


For best results, use a cast iron skillet to cook your fish and preheat it a good 5-10 minutes before adding the oil. Season your fish with the lemon pepper seasoning. Heat your skillet over medium high heat, and add the oil. Add the fish filets to the pan and cook until they easily release before flipping. Flip and finish cooking on the other side until fish easily flakes with a fork. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
