|1/2||Cup(c)||low sodium chicken broth|
|12||lettuce leaves, rinsed and drained|
Preheat oven to 400° f. Fan cut lobster tails by cutting off the under shell, leaving the tail fan and upper shell in place. Place the lobster shell side down on a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Combine chicken broth with garlic powder in a bowl and brush the lobster meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover the tails completely with damp lettuce leaves and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque white and tender. Serve the lobster with small melted margarine containers at each setting.
