2   kiwi fruit, sliced
5   fresh strawberries
2 1/2 Cup(c)  strawberry sherbet
12 Ounce(oz)  frozen reduced fat pound cake


Slice the frozen pound cake vertically into 5 slices, 1 1/6 inches thick. Cut each slice in half diagonally. Top each slice with a 1/2 cup scoop of sherbet, half of a strawberry, and 1 slice of kiwi fruit. Serve immediately.
