Recipe Description
A creamy lobster and cheese sauce, traditionally served in a warm, crispy sourdough bread bowl. Great for dipping with shrimp, sweet crabmeat and lobster.

Ingredients

1 Pound(lb)  velveeta, cubed
1/2 Cup(c)  milk
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cayenne pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
1   boiled lobster meat, shredded
1/2 Cup(c)  red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh parsley, minced

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except the red pepper and parsley in a saucepan. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted. When ready to serve, garnish with the red pepper and parsley.
