This is an extremely easy mousse recipe to put together. Being low calorie, it's almost entirely guilt free!

1/2 Cup(c)  water
1 Package(pk)  unflavored gelatin
1/3 Cup(c)  sugar
1/4 Cup(c)  frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 Cup(c)  plain low fat yogurt
1 1/3 Ounce(oz)  non dairy whipped topping mix
1/2 Cup(c)  cold milk


Place the water in a small saucepan over low heat, sprinkle with the gelatin, and bring to a simmer, stirring. Continue stirring until the gelatin dissolves, about 1 minute. Stir in the sugar, orange juice concentrate and yogurt, then place the pan in a large bowl of ice water. Stir until the mixture begins to mound, about 15 minutes. Whip the topping and milk to soft peaks. Fold into the yogurt mixture. Spoon into a medium sized bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill 3 hours or until softly set. Garnish this refreshing dessert with slices of fresh orange or a sprig of mint.
