Try serving this grilled chicken with warmed whole grain pita bread, rice or Tabbouli and Greek Salad.

Ingredients

3 Clove(clv)  garlic, crushed
1 Teaspoon(t)  oregano
1 Pinch(pn)  lemon pepper, to taste
1 Pinch(pn)  salt, to taste
2   lemons, juiced
2   chicken breasts
1 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil

Preparation

Place the chicken in a shallow pan. Combine all remaining ingredients, and pour over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Place the chicken on barbecue grill, or on a rack in a baking pan in a 450 degree F oven, and cook for about 35 minutes.

Additional notes

Note: Chicken is best if holes are poked in it with a fork prior to marinating.
