This recipe is an old favorite. If you use non fat sour cream and mayonnaise, it's perfect for serving to health conscious guests, who also appreciate delicious food. This recipe will keep for about 2 days.

2 Cup(c)  non fat sour cream
10 Ounce(oz)  frozen spinach
1 Package(pk)  dried leek soup mix
1 Cup(c)  low fat mayonnaise
1/2 Cup(c)  fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 Cup(c)  green onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon(t)  dill
1 Teaspoon(t)  dry italian salad seasoning mix


In a bowl, stir sour cream, mayonnaise and leek soup mix together. Defrost spinach and squeeze out all excess liquid. Add spinach to sour cream mixture and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to mellow.
