Rosemary Recipes

Other than being a wonderfully decorative and aromatic garden plant, rosemary also has a number of culinary uses. The slightly bitter flavor and deeply scented needle-like leaves of rosemary, make it an excellent herb for flavoring poultry, meats and stuffing dishes. Rosemary can be used in both fresh and dried forms.
