Savory Recipes

The two main varieties of savory are summer and winter. In Canada, savory is used in much the same way as sage is in other countries. Savory adds tremendous flavor to poultry, fowl, dressings, stews and meat pies. Summer savory is added to homemade sausages for a touch of sweet flavoring.
