Tarragon Recipes

Varieties of tarragon grow in different regions of the world, but French tarragon is usually considered to be the best for kitchen use. Tarragon carries the vague scent of anise, and is the herb of choice in chicken, egg and fish dishes. Tarragon is the driving flavor force behind Bearnaise sauce.

Super Stuffed Shrimp

I served this chowder to my son when he was home for a visit, and he said it was the best he'd ever had. He ate it all. The small taste I had was indeed superb. Serve with Pesto Biscuits.

Dad's Favorite Herb Frittata with Cheese Sauce
