Fresh fruit salsa is delicious with grilled chicken, and goes well with grilled fish, too. Use Thai fish sauce if you can find it, or substitute soy sauce.

1 Cup(c)  fresh pineapple, diced
1 Cup(c)  fresh mango, peeled and diced
1 Cup(c)  tomatoes, diced
1/4 Cup(c)  green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon(T)  soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  fish sauce
2 Teaspoon(t)  fresh ginger, finely minced
1   jalapeno chile, finely chopped
2 Teaspoon(t)  rice vinegar
1 Teaspoon(t)  garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon(t)  honey


Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill.
