Ingredients

2   ribs celery, finely chopped
1 Pinch(pn)  salt, to taste
1/3 Cup(c)  low fat sour cream
1 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  oil
2 1/2 Teaspoon(t)  lemon juice
1/4 Cup(c)  low fat cream cheese
1 Pinch(pn)  pepper, to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. This can also be combined in a blender or food processor and blended or processed a few seconds and used as a dip.
