Any recipe that intentionally creates a "massive, sticky, gooey mess" sounds like fun in the kitchen! These candies really are Full Of It All, and then some!

14 Ounce(oz)  non dairy semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1/2 Cup(c)  dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1/4 Cup(c)  non dairy butter, softened
1 Cup(c)  coconut flakes
1 Cup(c)  natural peanut butter
1 Cup(c)  powdered sugar
2 Cup(c)  crispy rice cereal


In a large-size mixing bowl, combine the cereal, sugar, peanut butter, coconut flakes, butter, peanuts, and 2 ounces of the chocolate chips, until you have a massive sticky, gooey mess. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Melt the remaining 12 ounces chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Using a toothpick or skewer, dip each ball into the chocolate and return to the waxed paper to cool and harden.
