Recipe Description
These oat meal cakes are similar in nature to pancakes, and filled with raisins and nuts. Serve them for breakfast, brunch, or any time of day.

3 Cup(c)  oatmeal
2 Cup(c)  flour
1 Cup(c)  butter
1 Cup(c)  raisins
2 Cup(c)  sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon
1 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1/4 Cup(c)  milk
2   eggs


Sift flour and baking soda together. Mix with all other ingredients except eggs and milk. Beat the eggs well and add the milk. Roll and cut into cakes. Bake in moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
