1/4 Teaspoon(t)  fine sea salt
2 Tablespoon(T)  creamy peanut butter
2 Tablespoon(T)  peanut oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  soy, or other non dairy milk
1/3 Cup(c)  sucanat
1 Teaspoon(t)  pure vanilla extract
1/4 Cup(c)  raisins
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  cinnamon, ground
1/2 Cup(c)  quick cooking oats
1/2 Cup(c)  whole wheat pastry flour


Preheat the oven to 350°F.  Have a large sized rimmed baking sheet handy.  In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.  In a small sized bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, oil, and milk until emulsified.  Add the Sucanat and vanilla.  Stir the wet ingredients into the dry.  Stir in the raisins.  Crumble evenly onto the baking sheet.  Bake for 12 minutes, stirring once halfway through.  Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a tightly closed container.  Store in the fridge once completely cooled.
