I always make these when I go to a get together. These truffles are really popular, I never ahve any left overs. These truffles are so good that my boyfriend gets upset at me if  I don't make an extra batch for him as their are never any left.

16 Ounce(oz)  oreo cookies
8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened
4 Ounce(oz)  baking chocolate: dark, semi- sweet, white


Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Put cookies in a blender, make sure cookies are finely crushed. Mix 3 cups of the cookie crumbles and cream cheese until blended. Shape into one-inch balls. Don't be afraid to make them small since they are very sweet. Put them in the refrigerator to harden. (About an hour). Once balls are hardened remove from refridgerator.In small bowl melt the chococalte. Dip balls into melted chocolate; place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbles or drizzle with white chocolate for decoration. Refrigerate for one hour, or until firm.
