Ingredients

1   roasting bag
3   bay leaves
1/2 Cup(c)  vinegar
2 Can(cn)  las palmas red chili sauce
1 Pinch(pn)  lawry's seasoned salt, to taste
4 Pound(lb)  chuck roast
1 Clove(clv)  garlic
1 Dash(ds)  oregano
1/4   bag of cuminos

Preparation

Place Cuminos, oregano and garlic between waxed paper and crush well with a rolling pin. Mix red chili sauce and vinegar together; add dry ingredients. Place meat in roasting bad with bay leaves; add liquid to cover meat well. Place meat in a roasting pan. Bake for 3 to 4 hours at 350 degrees or until meat shreds easily.
