Recipe Description
Sweet crabmeat is a delicious complement to crunchy, cool cucumbers. This is the perfect summertime salad.

Ingredients

2 Cup(c)  crabmeat
2   cucumbers
4 Tablespoon(T)  soy sauce
3 Tablespoon(T)  vinegar
1 Teaspoon(t)  sugar
2 Tablespoon(T)  sesame oil
6   lettuce leaves

Preparation

Wash and split cucumbers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and shred cucumbers on a coarse grater. Combine with crabmeat. Mix remaining ingredients except lettuce and pour over crabmeat and cucumbers. Toss and serve in lettuce cups.
