Serves To:USMetric
12 Ounce(oz)  hot roll mix
2 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese, finely shredded
2 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
2 Tablespoon(T)  fresh basil, chopped
1 Tablespoon(T)  milk
2 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese, finely shredded

In large bowl, prepare hot roll mix following package directions through the resting step, except stir the 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, sugar and basil into the flour mixture. Divide dough in half. Grease 24 muffin cups. Using a knife, divide each each dough half into 12 portions. Gently pull each dough portion into a ball, tucking edges beneath. Arrange balls, smooth sides up, in the prepared muffin cups. Cover; let rise in warm place until almost double in size (about 30 minutes). Heat oven to 400 degrees. Using pastry brush, brush roll tops with milk; sprinkle with 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Bake rolls at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Remove rolls from muffin cups. Serve warm.
