Preparation
Heat the oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, mushrooms and bell pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 7 minutes. Stir in pizza sauce, chicken broth, water, oregano and pepperoni. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls. Top with cheese just before serving.
