Serves Tool

Serves To:USMetric
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon(T)  cold water
1 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
3 Tablespoon(T)  raw wheat germ
1 Cup(c)  all purpose flour

In a medium sized bowl, stir together flour, wheat germ, and salt.  In a small bowl, stir together oil and water.  Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture and stir with a fork to form a soft dough.  Place dough on a sheet of waxed paper and flatten slightly with your hand.  Cover dough with a second sheet of waxed paper and roll out dough to desired thickness of crust.  Peel off top paper, turn dough over into an oiled 9 inch pie plate, and peel off second sheet of paper.  Gently press dough into pie plate, fixing any rips and holes.  Add pie filling of choice.  Bake based on pie filling requirements, usually 40 to 60 minutes.
