Ingredients

1   kiwi fruit, peeled, cut into 8 slices
1 Tablespoon(T)  powdered sugar
8   prepared dessert crepes
8 Ounce(oz)  mandarin orange slices, drained
8 Ounce(oz)  crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice, drained
1   kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  allspice, ground
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  coconut flavoring
1 Package(pk)  artificial sweetener
8 Ounce(oz)  plain reduced fat yogurt

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sweetener, coconut flavoring and allspice. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. In a medium sized bowl, combine the cubed kiwi, crushed pineapple, and mandarin oranges. Add the yogurt mixture, stirring gently to blend. To serve, spoon the fruit and yogurt down the center of each crepe. Fold the sides over. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with sliced kiwi.

Additional notes

Variation: Substitute papaya for mandarin oranges. Use a wedge of papaya with kiwi slices to garnish.
