Simple but very flavorful potato side dish. This recipe is scalable and can be served at large gatherings .

2 Pound(lb)  red potatoes
2/3 Cup(c)  melted butter
1/2 Cup(c)  parley chopped fresh
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  dried marjoram


Cook potatoes in boiling water (salted)  for 15 -20 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly.

With a sharp knife, remove one narrow strip of skin around the middle of each potato. In a large skillet. melt butter; add parsley and marjoram. Add the potatoes and stir gently until coated and heated through.
