6   zucchini squash
3 Ounce(oz)  fat free plain yogurt
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  garlic powder
1/8 Cup(c)  onion, minced
1/8 Teaspoon(t)  paprika
1/2 Cup(c)  fat free breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350° F. Slice the squash into 2 inch pieces. Cook in a small amount of boiling water in a pan for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the zucchini well, and mix in the yogurt, garlic and onion. Place in a sprayed casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes.
