Juicy steak cooked to perfection with satueed bell peppers and onions.

1 1/2 Pound(lb)  sirloin steak
4 Ounce(oz)  diced green chiles
1   envelope onion soup mix
2 Cup(c)  water
1   large red onion
1   large green bell pepper
1   olive oil
4   eight 8-inch flour tortillas
1/4 Cup(c)  shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 Cup(c)  salsa


Cut the sirloin steak into bite-size pieces.

Place in a slow cooker with the chiles, soup mix, and water. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Cut the onion and green pepper into small strips; saute in oil until tender.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave.

Drain the beef mixture. Spread in the center of each tortilla, then top with the cheese, salsa, and the onion and pepper mixture. Roll up the tortillas to enclose the filling.

Additional notes

Goes great with Mexican rice and refried beans.
