Recipe Description
This is a great recipe for children to make. A little adult supervision is needed with the hot oven, but your little ones will take a lot of pride in creating this dessert.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon(T)  margarine, softened
1/4 Cup(c)  orange juice
1 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1 Cup(c)  bisquick original baking mix
1 Teaspoon(t)  orange peel, grated
1 Can(cn)  blueberry pie filling

Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all fruit ingredients in a casserole dish with wooden spoon. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. While blueberry mixture is baking, stir dry ingredients in small bowl, to make a soft dough. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is light brown. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
