1/2 | Teaspoon(t) | green peppercorns, lightly crushed | |
2 | scallions, sliced | ||
1 | Cup(c) | peas, lightly cooked | |
1 | Tablespoon(T) | fresh dill, minced | |
1 | Tablespoon(T) | olive oil | |
2 | Tablespoon(T) | lemon juice | |
5 1/2 | Teaspoon(t) | white wine vinegar | |
1/4 | Teaspoon(t) | kosher salt |
Preparation
Break the salmon into large, bite sized flakes. Gently combine the fish with the capers, peppercorns, scallions, peas and dill. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the salmon and toss.
