Ingredients

1 Cup(c)  cucumber, cubed
1 Cup(c)  red and green pepper, chopped
2 Cup(c)  tomato cubes, peeled
2 Cup(c)  pineapple, cubed
2 Cup(c)  lettuce leaves
1 Tablespoon(T)  onion, grated
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  sugar
1 Pinch(pn)  five spice powder
2 Tablespoon(T)  vinegar
3/4 Cup(c)  mayonnaise
8 Ounce(oz)  cream cheese, softened

Preparation

Combine all ingredients well and refrigerate. Line salad bowl with crisp lettuce leaves (or hearts of palm). Add remaining ingredients. Toss with Samoan dressing.
