Recipe Description
This is a quick and easy vegetarian dish, and very versatile. Add additional fresh vegetables, based on your preference

2 Tablespoon(T)  olive oil
1 Clove(clv)  garlic, finely chopped
1   small head bok choy, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 Package(pk)  onion soup mix
1 Cup(c)  water
2 Tablespoon(T)  sherry
1 Teaspoon(t)  soy sauce
1/4 Teaspoon(t)  ginger, ground
8 Ounce(oz)  linguine or spaghetti, cooked and drained


In 12 inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook garlic and bok choy, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Stir in onion soup mix blended with water, sherry, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with hot linguine. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted sesame seeds.
