1/2 Cup(c)  water
3 Tablespoon(T)  roasted red bell peppers, chopped
2 Teaspoon(t)  butter,
1 Clove(clv)  garlic, crushed
2 Cup(c)  bread flour
2 Tablespoon(T)  parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon(T)  sugar
1 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1 Teaspoon(t)  basil leaves, dried
1 1/4 Teaspoon(t)  bread machine yeast


Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 1 pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
