Recipe Description
This Thai salad of shrimp and papaya has a little hidden kick of red chilies added to it. A nice surprise for your taste buds.

1   papaya, peeled
12 Ounce(oz)  large cooked shrimp, shelled
4   scallions, chopped finely
2   fresh red chilies, seeded and chopped finely
1 Teaspoon(t)  fish sauce
1 Tablespoon(T)  vegetable oil
1   lime, juiced
1 Teaspoon(t)  jaggery, or soft light brown sugar
2 Cup(c)  assorted baby salad greens


Scoop the seeds out of the papaya and slice thinly. Stir gently together with the shrimp. Mix the scallions, chilies, fish sauce, oil, lime juice and sugar together. Arrange the salad greens in a bowl and top with the papaya and shrimp. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
