Creating mashed sweet potatoes doesn't get any easier than this! Sweet potatoes are natural, healthful, low fat food. If you want to reduce the fat found in butter, substitute trans-free butter or non dairy butter.

1/8 Cup(c)  butter
4   sweet potatoes, peeled


Peel sweet potatoes and cube them. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place potatoes in boiling water and boil for about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes and place in mixing bowl. Add butter and mash.

Additional notes

Note: If part of your sweet potato is bad, you cannot just remove the bad part and use the rest of the potato. If part of it is bad, you have to get rid of the whole potato!
