Skewered Teriyaki Steak And Vegetables

Grill, Broil, or stir fry the unassembled ingredients and serve over rice. Makes great appetizer.

8   bamboo skewers
3/4 Pound(lb)  sirloin steak, cut into 1" chunks
1   bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
1   onion, cut into 1" squares
1 Can(cn)  pineapple chunks, drained
8   whole mushrooms, small, canned or fresh
1 Cup(c)  teriyaki sauce
4 Tablespoon(T)  vermouth or dry white wine

Preparation

Skewer meat and vegetables alternately, ending with a mushroom.

Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in combined teriyaki sauce and wine.

Grill meat on medium heat to desired doneness.
