Recipe Description
This creamy fruit sauce goes well with fruit such as bananas, strawberries and grapes. It is best to chill overnight so the flavor can develop.

1 Tablespoon(T)  rum
1 Tablespoon(T)  light brown sugar
1   medium banana
1/2 Cup(c)  strawberries
1 Cup(c)  sour cream
2 Tablespoon(T)  crystallized ginger, chopped


In a food processor workbowl or blender container, process crystallized ginger until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Pour this sauce over chopped fruit and serve as a breakfast fruit, or a fruit dessert.
