3 Slice(sli)  bacon
3 Tablespoon(T)  vinegar
1 Teaspoon(t)  flour
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  salt
1   egg
1 Tablespoon(T)  sour cream
1/2 Teaspoon(t)  pepper


Dice the bacon and fry until crisp. Add the vinegar and sour cream. Make the flour into a paste with a little water, and the yolk of one egg. Add to the cream mixture.
