1 Cup(c)  sun dried tomato pieces, packed in oil
1 Tablespoon(T)  garlic, minced
1/4 Cup(c)  extra virgin olive oil
1/3 Cup(c)  cashews
1/3 Cup(c)  pine nuts


Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
